For example, if you were born on August 15, i.e. 15.08, calculate it as 1+5 +0+8 = 14. Now you have to reduce this number to a single digit, i.e. 1+4=5. So your attitude number is 5. Alternatively, you may calculate 15.08 as 15+8=23=2+3=5.
